Flat Fee MLS Listing Paperwork

You'll find a complete paperwork package with all the necessary forms to get your property advertised for sale in the multiple listing service (MLS).

You will need Adobe Reader in order to open the forms. If you do not have Adobe Reader please download a copy for free. Click here to go to the Adobe web site. You'll need to selection your operating system from the drop down menu then hit the continuebutton. Once you have downloaded Adobe Reader then open the PDF files below to get started.

Then fill out the flat fee listing paperwork, make sure to sign and date, then fax back to 1-866-870-8798. You can also scan the forms to a pdf file and then email the signed paperwork to sales@pacificnwhouses.com.

After you have faxed your paperwork to our office then visit Flat Fee Listing Services and select one of our Flat Fee Listing programs. We accept major credit cards. ;

Once your payment and paperwork is received, we will input your property information into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. This is the same service and data base that Realtors and real estate agencies use to list properties for sale. The NWMLS covers a major part of Washington State. Service areas are highlighted in dark green, reciprocal counties are highlighted in light green.

You will need to email us pictures of your property, please use jpeg format for the pictures. Please include an exterior picture.

Email your pictures to sales@pacificnwhouses.com, make sure to include your name and property address in your email. We will upload your pictures to your NWMLS online listing. After your paperwork is uploaded then your property is live in the NWMLS. Agents will call you directly for appointments and showings.

Your property will start to show up on major real estate web sites within hours. Your property will display on most real estate agency web sites within several days. Your residential property will show up on Realtor.com within several days. Your pictures will show up within 3 to 5 days.

If your Flat Fee Listing program includes our professional photographer services, your property will be scheduled for the photo shoot. The photographer will call you, within 48 hours, to schedule an appointment. Please allow about an hour for the photo session.

If your purchase includes a key box, signs, or flyer box we will ship within 2 days of payment and delivery is by Fed-Ex/UPS which can take 5-7 days for delivery. If your program includes a yard arm (sign post), we will schedule the installation within 2 days of payment. Please allow 4 days for the sign post company to install the sign post. If you are out of the sign post company's service area; we will ship a metal 52" white yard arm sign post.

If your purchase includes custom flyers they will be processed and shipped out within 3 days after we have received your pictures from the photographer. We use 3 day Priority Mail.
